Refund Policy
Test Your IQ sells digital products only. This means purchases are delivered online and do not involve physical shipping. Because the product is digital and access can be granted immediately, refund requests are reviewed carefully and handled case by case.
When a refund may be considered
A refund may be considered if:
- the customer was charged more than once for the same order,
- the premium report was not delivered after a successful payment,
- there was a technical problem that made the digital product unusable, or
- a refund is required by applicable consumer law.
When a refund may not be granted
A refund may be declined if:
- the report was successfully delivered and accessed,
- the request is based only on a change of mind after delivery,
- the customer completed the purchase without reviewing the product description, or
- there is evidence of abuse, chargeback misuse, or repeated attempts to exploit the service.
Request window
If you believe you are eligible for a refund, contact us within 7 days of the transaction using the email below. Please include the purchase email, approximate payment date, and a short description of the issue.

Chargebacks and abuse
If a payment issue can be solved directly, we encourage customers to contact support first before opening a chargeback. Repeated abusive disputes may lead to denial of future access where legally permitted.
